Alas, it would seem that good things take a while to complete but the good news is that the end is nigh. Chapter 13 of the planned 14-chapter third volume of The Road Gang is almost finished. My excuse for the delay publishing this final volume is, to my mind, a reasonable one as the additional time taken has been due not just to other (paying) work commitments but also to the attainment of the book’s comprehensive content. There has been a lot to research and present in a logical, accurate manner and I believe I have done that to any future reviewer’s satisfaction.
