Simply entitled The Road Gang at this stage, the third volume of New Zealand’s transport history has been completed with the editing process well under way.

The first volume, Waka Paddle to Gas Pedal, was conceived as long ago as 2008 and soon grew into the second volume, Gas Pedal to Back-Pedal, both of which are featured at this website.

It has been a long, intensive few years of research, writing, and re-writing but, at last, the third and final volume is nearly ready to burst into the light at the end of the tunnel.
